Dr. Billie Jean Waddell and Dr. Randall Colby are the founders of Palmetto Aesthetic Medicine, a unique medical practice devoted exclusively to Botox Cosmetic and facial fillers. Our boutique practice is intentionally focused, offering a level of care defined by expertise, discretion, and thoughtful attention to detail.

Each patient receives a private, one-on-one consultation directly with one of our physicians. We take a measured, personalized approach—carefully assessing your concerns and designing a treatment plan that enhances your features while preserving a natural, refreshed appearance.

We specialize in long-term anti-aging solutions using advanced injectable treatments and physician-only cosmeceutical products. All treatments are performed personally by Dr. Waddell and Dr. Colby in a calm, comfortable, and professional environment, where excellence is simply expected.

Dr. Billie Jean Waddell and Dr. Randall Colby met in 1992 while attending the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and married one year later. After completing a pediatric residency together and practicing pediatrics for many years, they transitioned exclusively to Aesthetic Medicine.

They have combined their expertise to create one of Columbia’s only medical practices dedicated solely to Botox Cosmetic and facial fillers. By focusing exclusively on injectables, they believe specialization leads to the highest level of care. Dr. Waddell and Dr. Colby personally perform all consultations and procedures.

Married for over 30 years, they have two adult daughters and a Great Dane named Moose. They enjoy boating, water sports, travel, and church.
