Billie Jean Waddell, MD

Weslyn is our part-time administrative assistant and another beautiful, smiling face to greet you!

Weslyn assists with scheduling, check in/check out, and skin care education. She is often the person who will take your "before" pictures and apply your numbing cream prior to your filler procedure.

She is from Lexington, SC and has been a school counselor for many years. She is currently pursuing a career in the medical field. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, painting and puzzling. She especially loves coffee and tacos!

Palmetto Aesthetic Medicine offers a wide range of non-surgical cosmetic services in a comfortable, relaxing environment. Our goal is to help you understand all of the treatment options available for making you look your best at any age.

Dr. Billie Jean Waddell and Dr. Randall Colby met in 1992 while attending the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and were married one year later. They completed a Pediatric Residency together and both practiced as private pediatricians for numerous years. They are both retired from Pediatrics and are now dedicated exclusively to the field of Aesthetic Medicine. They have combined forces to bring you one of Columbia's exclusive medical practices solely dedicated to the use of Botox Cosmetic and Facial Fillers. Because they spend every day injecting, their time is not divided between other services. They feel that when your doctor is focused on one specific area, they are able to become the best at what they do. Dr. Waddell and Dr. Colby personally perform all consultations and procedures in their practice.

Dr. Waddell and Dr. Colby have been married for 29 years and have two teenage daughters and a Great Dane named Moose. They enjoy water sports, boating, traveling and are active members of their church.

Randall S Colby, MD

Chrissy is our office administrator and we absolutely could not survive without her! Chrissy joined our staff in 2023 and is the sweet voice you hear when you call and the smiling beautiful face you see when you enter the office.

Chrissy handles the day-to-day operations such as scheduling, check in / check out, and skin care education.

She is originally from Michigan and has lived in the Columbia area since 2007. She enjoys traveling with her family, playing fun and competitive games, and scrapbooking.
